Answer: If you’d like us to deliver your pig(s) to our local butcher for processing, we will provide you with a required Processor’s Report and a map to J&R Meats. It is your responsibility to give the butcher cutting instructions and pick up your meat in a timely manner. J&R Meats offers processing that takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days and will gladly ship your meat (additional fee) to you if you cannot make the trip back to their facility.
